I was happy to have found a sea moss capsule that does NOT include black seed oil! For whatever reason, I cannot tolerate black seed oil, and most of the brands I’ve seen contain it. I have not been on this for very long, so will have to update once it has been longer, but this did give me an energy boost which I was not expecting. I am taking only 1 capsule at a time. (I tend to be cautious at first with supplements) . Strong seal, good expiration date.

It seems to help with the digestive system a bit due to its fiber content. I have not noticed any other benefits it claims. But I have only been taking it for about 2 weeks. Will continue to take it and update in the future if anything changes.

I’ve been using Sea Moss for awhile now. I feel it’s an important addition to my overall well being. I like to garden and grow a lot of nutritionally dense greens to add to my diet. In the winter months when fresh produce is harder to come by, Sea Moss gives me the nutrients I need. This is the first time I’ve used the Nutra Guru version of this supplement, and I’m vey pleased with the product. It also contains Burdock root and Bladderwack, which are said to provide additional health benefits. I like that it includes Black Pepper extract to increase absorption rates. The previous brand I was using had no smell, these have a fairly strong fresh plant smell, almost like alfalfa. This tells me that actual Sea Moss is used. They are also Non Go and sugar free. They are,a little pricey for a months supply, but definitely a good product.

I have now gotten several products from this company, and they all seem good quality. They seem like a relatively new and small company, but they seem to be doing everything right. I had an issue with a different product, and customer support was very quick to reply, and very eager to make sure everything was fixed.
Specifically for this product, it came with a heat sealed wrapper and a secondary safety seal for the cap. It is produced in an FDA registered facility and is NSF certified. I wish it was third party tested for quality assurance, but in time I expect it will be.
One critique is that there is a spot on the label for lot number and expiration that is blank, which gave initial concern, but that information was printed directly on the bottle, so it is not missing.
The sea moss is globally harvested which typically has higher potency than farmed sea moss, and from what I can tell it seems to be good.

I didn’t realize I was supposed to take two of these each day, so I’ve only been taking one. There is a 30-day supply, but I wish it was at least a 2 or 3-month supply of capsules.
There is black pepper extract in these, so be mindful of that if you’re sensitive to it.
I’ve been taking them at night, hoping they’d help reduce my muscle spasms that wake me up. They might be working, but I’m not sure if it’s from these sea moss capsules for sure, or not.
For now, I’ll keep taking them and up my dose to 2/day to see how that goes for me.

Capsule size is easily swallowed. The photo on the listing actually makes it look larger than they are. The jar is clean on the inside, meaning the capsules remained sealed in transit. The jar was double sealed for safety. I like that this was Made in the USA. The listed four ingredients are mineral dense, so I am looking forward to the many benefits over time. The capsules themselves have an earthy smell in the jar, but no lasting taste when consuming with enough water.
